Clutch Cabs

1. Eligibility

Passengers and drivers must be at least 18 years old. Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance.

2. Service Coverage

Rides operate only during specified hours and between fixed pickup points and approved IT parks. Flexible routing or private hires are not supported.

3. User Obligations

Passengers — agree to arrive punctually, respect fellow riders and drivers, and pay fares as displayed.

Drivers — agree to abide by all traffic regulations, service only designated pickup points, and maintain a clean, safe vehicle.

4. Fare & Fees

Passenger fares are charged at ₹9.50/km.

Drivers pay a flat platform fee of ₹25 per day and retain 100 percent of trip revenues.

5. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.

6. Changes to Terms

Clutch Cabs reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
